In this hands-on workshop, children are invited to use photographs of the museum and nearby public spaces to design an installation or artwork created specifically for that location. The session starts with an interactive gallery tour, where participants are encouraged to look closely, ask questions, and share their own ideas about modern and contemporary artworks. Rather than being given explanations, children explore the artworks through guided discussion and curiosity, making the experience active and engaging. The workshop also introduces images of contemporary art, highlighting how artists use unexpected materials, objects, and techniques to communicate ideas. Children are encouraged to choose a topic that inspires them and imagine how they would bring it to life as their own contemporary artwork.
