Andrea Conte (b.1978, Rome, Italy) director at Studio Andreco, works between art, science, political ecology, and climate justice related themes. Conte is both a visual artist and a researcher with an environmental engineering PhD and Post.Doc. He has collaborated with the University of Bologna and the Columbia University of NYC. On the basis of his transdisciplinary research, focused on the relationship between humans and non-humans, built environments and the landscapes, he creates a conceptual and visual language. Climate Art Project and Flumen are his main artistic projects, they relate to Climate Actions, river conservation, and environmental advocacy.
