Rebecca Bonaci (b.1992, Malta) is a Maltese fine artist who graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Fine Art in 2014 after which she pursued a career in tattooing and visual arts. Bonaci’s paintings, inspired mainly by the Maltese landscape and female figures, are a reflection of her deep connection to nature, seeking to capture the essence of the land in a way that is both ancient and timeless. At the heart of Bonaci’s work are figures of the divine feminine that are inspired by the prehistoric remains found throughout Malta. Bonaci strives to create art which bridges past and present, shaping a stillness in time.
